CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION
These are my Childbirth Education Sessions based on @Lamaze Int. We’ll be focusing on creating your Birth Map (commonly known as Birth Plan, Birth preferences or Birth wishes) but most importantly you’ll learn all you need to know to prepare you and your birth partner for your labour and birth journey.
I’ll give you all the up to date information you need to know to read and/or refresh your memory at home. You’ll be able to ask me any questions that may arise along the way. I’ll also be available over email or phone if any other questions come up for you in between sessions.
I preferably like to meet at your home so you get acquainted in your own space you’ll potentially be labouring. Explore and discover your own home making it a safe haven for when the time comes and to put into practice all the comfort measures and labour circuits you learnt during our sessions (travel fee applies over 10 km radius)
Alternatively, we can also meet at my home based practice in Reservoir.
